Job Description

The role of a Ground Staff member is crucial in ensuring the smooth operations of an airport or airline. Responsibilities include assisting passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage handling, as well as ensuring the safety and security of all passengers and aircraft. Ground Staff are also responsible for directing aircraft on the ground, marshalling, and coordinating with air traffic control.

In addition, Ground Staff must have excellent communication skills as they will be interacting with passengers, airline personnel, and other airport staff on a regular basis
