- Responsibilities:
1. Assisting passengers at check-in counters and gates: Checking passengers in, issuing boarding passes, and assisting with any inquiries or special requests they may have.
2. Ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers: Providing information on safety procedures, assisting with boarding and disembarkation, and ensuring that passengers have a pleasant experience.
3. Handling baggage and cargo: Loading and unloading baggage from aircraft, sorting and delivering luggage to passengers, and ensuring that all cargo is correctly stored.
4. Communicating with airline crew and ground staff: Coordinating with pilots, flight attendants, and other ground staff to ensure smooth operations and timely departures.
5. Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness at the terminal: Keeping the terminal area clean, organized, and free of clutter to provide a welcoming environment for passengers.
