Job Description

Checking in passengers, issuing boarding passes, and assisting with baggage check-in and boarding.

Flight Coordination: Managing boarding procedures, announcing flight information, and coordinating boarding priorities

Customer Service: Providing information to passengers, answering questions, and assisting with special needs.

Gate Management: Managing the boarding process at the gate, coordinating with flight crews, and ensuring on-time departures.

Ground staff should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They may also need to work outdoors and may be exposed to extreme weather conditions. The role requires a good understanding of safety procedures and the ability to follow them diligently.
