Role Summary:
Ground staff handle passenger services and aircraft support activities at the airport. They are the face of the airline on ground and ensure smooth operations before takeoff and after landing.
Customer Service:
Address passenger queries, complaints, and provide flight information Make announcements regarding boarding, delays, gate changes Handle flight delays/cancellations - rebooking, hotel/meals coordination.
Ramp & Operations Support:-
Coordinate with crew, security, and other departments for on-time departureMonitor flight loading/unloading in coordination with ramp staffEnsure compliance with safety and security regulationsDocumentation & ReportingMaintain flight reports, passenger manifests, baggage recordsReport irregularities, security incidents, or safety issues

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: 12th pass/Graduate. Aviation diploma
preferred Communication: Fluent English + local language. Clear speaking voice
Personality: Pleasing personality, well-groomed, customer-friendly
attitudePhysical: Ability to stand for long hours, lift moderate weight
Technical: Basic computer knowledge for check-in systems like Amadeus/CUTE
Other: Valid passport, no visible tattoos in uniform, flexible for shift duties
