As a Ground Operations Staff member, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth airport operations. Your responsibilities will include assisting passengers with check-in procedures, managing baggage handling, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. You will help maintain cleanliness and order in the terminal and coordinate efficiently with other staff members to ensure timely departures and arrivals.

Key responsibilities include:

- **Passenger Assistance**: Support passengers during check-in and boarding by providing information and resolving any questions they may have.

- **Baggage Handling**: Ensure proper loading and unloading of luggage, maintaining care to prevent damage or loss during transit.

- **Safety Compliance**: Follow established safety protocols and regulations, ensuring a secure environment for both passengers and staff.

- **Terminal Maintenance**: Help keep the terminal area clean and organized to create a welcoming atmosphere for travelers.
