We are looking for dedicated Ground Operations Staff to join our team in Patna. This role is essential for ensuring smooth ground operations in our facility.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Assisting in Baggage Handling:** You will help load and unload baggage from aircraft, ensuring all items are managed carefully and efficiently.

- **Providing Customer Support:** Interact with passengers to assist them with inquiries, helping create a positive experience while traveling.

- **Conducting Safety Checks:** Perform checks on equipment and the environment to ensure safety standards are met, keeping both staff and passengers safe.

- **Following Operational Procedures:** Adhere to all operational guidelines and protocols, ensuring every task is completed according to company standards.

- **Collaborating with Team Members:** Work closely with other staff to coordinate activities, fostering teamwork and ensuring operations run smoothly.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should have completed at least the 10th grade. You should be able to work well under pressure, as the environment can be fast-paced. Strong communication skills are important for interacting with both passengers and team members. Flexibility in working hours is expected, including weekends and holidays when needed. A positive attitude and willingness to learn will help you succeed in this role. Prior experience is not necessary but is considered a bonus.
