Job Responsibilities:

- Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage-related services.

- Handle passenger queries and provide courteous customer support.

- Coordinate with airline and airport teams for smooth ground operations.

- Assist with baggage handling, loading, unloading, and baggage tagging.

- Support boarding gate and terminal operations.

- Ensure airport safety, security, and service procedures are followed.

- Maintain proper coordination during aircraft arrival and departure.

- Handle documentation and basic operational records when required.

Eligibility:

- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic knowledge of English and Hindi.

- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
