Ground Handling Staff - Full Time - Freshers

We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Ground Handling Staff to join our team in Alipurduar, India. This position is suitable for freshers who have completed their 10th standard.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assisting Passengers: Greet and assist passengers with their luggage and ensure they have a pleasant experience from check-in to boarding.

- Baggage Handling: Safely load and unload luggage from aircraft, ensuring all items are handled with care and placed in the correct location.

- Ground Support Operations: Collaborate with ramp agents and airport staff to ensure timely aircraft turnaround and maintain the overall efficiency of operations.

- Safety and Security Checks: Conduct regular safety checks of the baggage area and ensure compliance with safety regulations to maintain a secure environment.

- Communication: Effectively communicate with team members, passengers, and other airport staff to provide updates regarding flight status and any changes.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should possess a strong focus on customer service and be able to work well in a team environment. Good communication skills are essential to interact with passengers and staff efficiently.
