We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Ground Handling Staff for our Ranchi location. This position is suitable for freshers who have completed their 12th grade. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within the airport environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Passenger Assistance**: You will greet passengers, help them check in, and guide them to their boarding gates, ensuring a positive travel experience.

2. **Baggage Handling**: Responsible for managing passenger baggage, including loading and unloading, and making sure it reaches the correct destination safely and on time.

3. **Aircraft Support**: Assist in preparing aircraft for departure by managing supplies and coordinating with ground services to ensure all needs are met before take-off.

4. **Safety Compliance**: Follow all safety regulations and protocols to ensure a secure environment for passengers and staff, including conducting pre-departure checks.

5. **Communication**: Work closely with team members and other airport staff, ensuring clear communication to facilitate efficient operations and resolve any issues that arise swiftly.
