Key Responsibilities
Baggage Handling: Load and unload baggage, freight, and mail onto and from aircraft. Ensure proper handling and tracking of luggage to prevent loss or damage.

Passenger Assistance: Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and any inquiries they may have. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.

Aircraft Servicing: Prepare aircraft for takeoff, which includes fueling, cleaning, and conducting safety checks. Ensure that all safety protocols are followed.

Ground Operations Coordination: Work closely with flight crews, maintenance teams, and other ground staff to ensure timely departures and arrivals. Manage gate operations and communicate flight status updates to passengers.
