- **Baggage Handling:** Safely load and unload luggage from aircraft, ensuring that all baggage is handled according to safety regulations and company standards.
- **Flight Coordination:** Work alongside pilots and air traffic control to ensure timely departures and arrivals, helping to maintain the flight schedule.
- **Safety Checks:** Conduct pre-departure safety inspections of the aircraft and ground equipment to ensure they are in proper working condition.
- **Customer Service:** Address any inquiries or issues from passengers effectively, providing solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
