Face-to-Face For Ground Handling Staff Jobs (Freshers)

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Baggage Handling**: Ensure all luggage is loaded and unloaded from the aircraft safely. This includes sorting, weighing, and transporting baggage to and from the designated areas.

2. **Customer Assistance**: Provide excellent service to passengers at check-in, boarding, and arrival. Assist travelers with their queries and guide them through procedures to ensure a smooth experience.

3. **Safety Compliance**: Follow all safety and security protocols while handling baggage and interacting with passengers. Report any suspicious activities or incidents to ensure a secure environment.

4. **Aircraft Support**: Assist in the preparation of aircraft for takeoff and landing, which includes refueling and maintenance checks under the guidance of senior staff.

5. **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other ground staff, pilots, and cabin crew to facilitate effective operations and enhance the overall travel experience.

Required Skills and Expectations:
