Key Responsibilities:

1. **Passenger Assistance**: Help passengers with check-in procedures, guiding them through the process and ensuring all necessary documentation is in order.

2. **Baggage Handling**: Safely manage the loading and unloading of luggage, ensuring that all bags are accounted for and delivered to the correct locations.

3. **Safety Compliance**: Follow safety protocols clearly to ensure a secure environment for both passengers and staff while adhering to all airline regulations.

4. **Communication**: Act as a liaison between passengers and airline staff, providing timely updates and information regarding flight schedules, baggage concerns, and other inquiries.

5. **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with fellow ground handling staff to maintain smooth operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and on time.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have good communication skills and a friendly attitude, as customer interaction is a big part of this role.
