01. Knowledge of yarn Quality & Defect

02. Knowledge of weaving Quality & Defect

03. Knowledge of basic process

04. Should be worked in yarn & weaving section

05. Problem solving skill

06. Co-ordination & Visiting plant if required

07. Arrange & lead meeting
