Key Responsibilities:

Design Creation:

Develop creative and visually appealing designs for a variety of projects, including digital and print materials such as social media graphics, brochures, banners, and presentations.

Interpret design briefs and collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements.

Brand Consistency:

Ensure that all design elements adhere to established brand guidelines and maintain consistency across different platforms and materials.

Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to align designs with overall brand strategy.

Digital Design:

Create engaging digital designs for websites, social media, email campaigns, and other online channels.

Stay updated on digital design trends and incorporate innovative and interactive elements when applicable.

Print Design:

Design and prepare materials for print, ensuring high-quality output.

Coordinate with printers and vendors to oversee the production process and ensure the final product meets quality standards.

Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creators, and developers, to bring design concepts to life.

Incorporate feedback and make necessary adjustments to designs based on stakeholder input.

Software Proficiency:

Utilize graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant tools to create and edit designs.

Stay informed about the latest updates and features of design software.

Project Management:

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and delivery.

Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Feedback and Iteration:

Gather feedback from stakeholders and team members, and alliteratively refine designs as necessary.

Present design concepts and rationale effectively to internal and external audiences.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
