Profile- Graphic designer
Experience- 2-4 years
Key Responsibilities:
€¢ Design digital creatives for social media (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.), website, and performance ads
€¢ Work on packaging design, emailers, banners, and offline brand collateral
€¢ Collaborate with marketing and content teams to translate brand ideas into eye-catching visual communication
€¢ Adapt brand guidelines into campaign-specific creatives and storytelling assets
€¢ Contribute to photo/video shoot planning with mood boards and concept styling
€¢ Create assets for influencer collaborations and UGC campaigns
€¢ Stay updated with trends in beauty, wellness, D2C, and Gen Z design aesthetics
Requirements:
€¢ 2€“4 years of graphic design experience (preferably in D2C, beauty, FMCG, or lifestyle sectors)
€¢ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a bonus)
€¢ Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and digital-first design
€¢ Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, and Meta ad formats
€¢ A strong portfolio that showcases versatility and brand storytelling
€¢ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
Good to Have:
€¢ Experience working with shoot teams (moodboards, styling, layout planning)
€¢ Knowledge of basic video editing, animation, or Canva
€¢ Prior experience in D2C startups or wellness/beauty categories
