backoffice:

administrative, data management, and support tasks that ensure smooth company operations without direct client interaction. key responsibilities involve maintaining records, managing databases, processing documents like invoices and purchase orders, and providing support to other departments. handle general office duties such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and preparing reports.

qualifications and skills

education: degree not mandatory, 12th pass with good hands-on on illustrator, photoshtop and ms office like excel and powerpoint.

experience: proven experience, often demonstrated through a strong portfolio, is essential.

technical skills: proficiency in design software like adobe creative suite (photoshop, illustrator).

design skills: strong knowledge of typography, color theory, and design principles is required.

soft skills: excellent communication, time management, and the ability to work collaboratively are key.

other: an eye for detail and the ability to be creative and adaptable are necessary.
