Job Title: GPS & Vehicle Reporting Executive

Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month

Department: Fleet / Transport Operations

Job Responsibilities

- Monitor vehicle locations and live tracking through GPS software.

- Prepare and maintain daily vehicle movement reports.

- Track vehicle running status, route deviations, stoppages and delays.

- Coordinate with drivers and site teams regarding vehicle movement.

- Maintain vehicle maintenance, servicing and repair records.

- Monitor vehicle availability, utilization and idle time.

- Prepare daily MIS reports related to vehicle operations.

- Report GPS issues, unauthorized vehicle movement and operational delays to management.

- Maintain accurate records of vehicle-wise kilometers, trips and reporting status.

Required Skills

- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel / Google Sheets.

- Experience with GPS tracking software is preferred.

- Good reporting, coordination and communication skills.

- Ability to maintain accurate daily records.

Qualification & Experience

- Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.

- Experience: 0-2 years; experienced candidates preferred.

- Job Type: Full-time.
