Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Strategy & Execution

�� Develop, implement, and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns targeting hosting, VPS, and dedicated server customers.

�� Perform detailed keyword research and A/B testing to optimize ad performance.

�� Create full-funnel ad strategies �� from brand awareness to remarketing and lead nurturing.

�� Ensure proper conversion tracking, retargeting, and audience segmentation setup.

2. Budget & Performance Optimization

�� Manage monthly ad budgets exceeding ��3-5 Lakhs, ensuring optimal ROI.

�� Continuously analyze CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates, implementing real-time optimizations.

�� Scale performing campaigns while cutting underperforming assets swiftly.

�� Manage campaign automation, scripts, and AI-driven bidding strategies.

3. Creative & Communication Alignment

�� Collaborate with the YouStable marketing & design team to develop compelling ad creatives, copy, and landing pages that drive high-intent conversions.

�� Maintain brand consistency across all ads, ensuring messaging aligns with YouStable��s premium hosting identity.

4. Data Analytics & Reporting

�� Utilize Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM dashboards to measure performance.

�� Generate weekly and monthly reports detailing ad performance, sales metrics, and ROI insights.

�� Recommend data-driven strategies for campaign improvement and growth.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

�� Work closely with the Sales, SEO, and Content Teams to synchronize campaigns with product launches and seasonal offers.

�� Coordinate with technical teams to align landing pages, UTM parameters, and lead-tracking mechanisms.
