2 years of b2c field sales experience in bfsi, fintech, banking, or financial products

graduate (bachelors degree required)

age: preferably between 25-30 years

must have a driving license and two-wheeler

fluency in local language and basic english

strong sales skills, objection handling, and customer relationship management

ability to work in a target-driven environment

#key responsibilities:

deliver weekly/monthly sales by converting assigned leads

pitch rupeeks gold loan offerings to potential customers

handle objections, follow sops, and provide flawless field execution

build and maintain long-term customer relationships

share local market insights and coordinate with the central team for smooth transactions
