Akshyapatra Services is looking for driven and target-oriented Sales Managers to join our team for our client Rupeek, a leading name in the #fintech space.

Profile Requirements:

2 years of B2C Field Sales experience in BFSI, Fintech, Banking, or Financial Products

Graduate (Bachelor€™s degree required)

Age: Preferably between 25-30 years

Must have a Driving License and Two-Wheeler

Fluency in local language and basic English

Strong sales skills, objection handling, and customer relationship management

Ability to work in a target-driven environment

#Key Responsibilities:

Deliver weekly/monthly sales by converting assigned leads

Pitch Rupeek€™s gold loan offerings to potential customers

Handle objections, follow SOPs, and provide flawless field execution

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

Share local market insights and coordinate with the central team for smooth transactions
