Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and responsible Male and Female Gold Loan Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in telecalling, lead generation, and gold loan operations, with the ability to accurately assess gold jewellery and assist customers throughout the loan process.

Eligibility

Gender: Male & Female

Qualification: 12th Pass or above

Experience: 6 months to 2+ years (Freshers with relevant knowledge may also apply)

Key Responsibilities

Assess gold jewellery for purity (karat), weight, and quality.

Perform gold testing using methods such as the touchstone test, acid test, or karat meter.

Calculate the value of gold based on current market rates.

Verify pledged ornaments for gold loan processing.

Maintain accurate records of evaluated jewellery.

Ensure the safe handling and secure storage of customer jewellery.

Identify fake or adulterated gold items.

Assist customers with queries related to gold valuation and loan procedures.

Follow company policies, operational guidelines, and security procedures.

Handle telecalling activities and generate leads for gold loan services.

Required Skills

Good communication and customer handling skills.

Experience in telecalling and lead generation.

Knowledge of gold appraisal and valuation.

Basic computer knowledge.

Attention to detail and honesty in handling customer assets.

Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

Preferred Experience

6 months to 2+ years of experience in Gold Loan, NBFC, Banking, or Financial Services.
