7. Strictly follow the Project Schedules.
8. Ensuring the Time and Quality of the data is maintained throughout the project
9. Training the team, setting up the project, developing the standards, procedure and process of the project.
10. Should have experience in managing multiple projects.
11. Work experience in utility projects is preferable.
12. Should have experience in Organizing, motivating and training the team to execute the projects
13. Should have a very good communication skills of handling projects and team.
