• Dedicated to teaching students and taking follow- up

• Preparing lesson plans and teaching methods for classroom and social media

• Conducting weekly/ monthly tests for students

• Communicating with senior management regarding students’ academic progress

• Providing extra help for the weak students to learn language

• Maintaining training track sheets for reporting purpose

• Gathering training feedbacks from students

• Fluency in German and English language is a must

• Managing classroom behavior and enforcing rules

• Maintaining a safe and orderly classroom environment where students feel comfortable learning

• Creating and publishing Training Calendar

• Publishing Assessment results.

• Conducting Pre-and-Post Training assessments for the trainees.

• Design and customize training curriculum using inputs from Operations & Quality.

• Drive Performance among the trainees to meet targets.

• Ability to better training standards/methodology and processes.
