Fluency in German and English language is a must

Managing classroom behavior and enforcing rules

Maintaining a safe and orderly classroom environment where students feel comfortable learning

Creating and publishing Training Calendar

Publishing Assessment results.

Conducting Pre-and-Post Training assessments for the trainees.

Design and customize training curriculum using inputs from Operations & Quality.

Drive Performance among the trainees to meet targets.

Ability to better training standards/methodology and processes.
