Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented General Manager Real Estate to lead overall business operations, sales strategy, project execution, and revenue growth. The candidate will be responsible for driving profitability, managing teams, developing channel networks, and ensuring smooth execution of residential/commercial projects.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1 Business Strategy & Growth

Develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenue targets

Identify new market opportunities and expansion plans

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies

2 Sales & Revenue Management

Lead and manage sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets

Develop channel partner and broker networks

Monitor site visits, conversions, and closures

Design sales promotions and incentive plans

3 Project & Operations Management

Oversee end-to-end project execution

Coordinate with construction, marketing, and CRM teams

Ensure timely project delivery and customer satisfaction

4 Financial & Budget Control

Prepare budgets and sales forecasts

Monitor revenue, costs, and profitability

Approve major expenditures and contracts

5 Legal & Compliance

Ensure compliance with local real estate regulations

Coordinate with legal team for land documentation and approvals

Maintain statutory and regulatory standards

6 Team Leadership

Recruit, train, and mentor department heads and sales teams

Set performance goals and conduct appraisals

Maintain a high-performance and ethical work culture

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong leadership and decision-making skills

Deep knowledge of real estate market dynamics

Excellent negotiation and networking abilities

Strong communication and relationship management skills

Qualification

MBA / PGDM (Preferred)

10+ years of experience in Real Estate (Residential/Commercial)

Proven track record in achieving sales targets
