Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic, result-oriented professional with strong local market knowledge and broker relationships in Greater Noida West.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a robust broker network, sourcing quality resale inventory, managing investor relationships, and driving successful property transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Sourcing

Source resale apartments from brokers, investors, and property owners.

Build exclusive inventory across Greater Noida West.

Maintain updated inventory, pricing, and availability.

Develop long-term relationships with key market stakeholders.

Broker Network Development

Build and expand a strong broker and channel partner network.

Conduct regular broker engagement meetings.

Increase repeat business from channel partners.

Ensure quick inventory movement and lead conversion.

Sales & Deal Closures

Coordinate buyer site visits.

Support negotiations between buyers and sellers.

Work closely with legal and documentation teams.

Achieve monthly sourcing and closure targets.

Market Intelligence

Monitor resale pricing and demand.

Track competitor activity.

Share market insights with leadership for business growth.

Desired Skills

Strong understanding of the Greater Noida West real estate market.

Existing broker and channel partner network preferred.

Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Target-driven and self-motivated.

Knowledge of resale documentation and transaction processes.
