We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a General

Manager for our Fitness Center & Cafe in Patna, Bihar. This is an exciting opportunity

for a motivated professional who is passionate about health and wellness, customer

service, and managing a thriving business. As the General Manager, you will oversee

all aspects of the Fitness Center & Cafe operations, including staff management,

procurement, housekeeping, hiring, outsourcing, customer support, social media

marketing, general marketing, upkeep, and more.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, Hospitality

Management or a related field (preferred).

Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in the fitness, hospitality, or

retail industry.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Demonstrated ability to drive sales and meet financial targets.

Proficient in social media platforms and digital marketing techniques.

Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
