to lead complete production, store, quality assurance, dispatch and service (after market) activities of
the organization.
2. role & resposiblity:
production planning as per the schedule received from customers/engineering team
co-ordination among outsourcing agencies for optimized production schedule
co-ordination with procurement team for smooth production activities
handling the services (aftermarket) to the customer satisfaction level
ensuring smooth fat process with customers/third party agencies
ensuring smooth operation of store to compliment the production and service activities
look after all equipments healthiness at works
3. communications and relationships:
internal: manager production, manager quality, manager store, manager service (after
market), director production, general manager procurement, general manager sales &
marketing, general manager technical, manager hr & admin
external: customers, third party inspection agencies
4. knowledge, trailing and experience required for job:
education: graduate/postgraduate in electrical / mechanical / industrial / production engineering or
mba in operations
experience: 15+ years
experience of engineering manufacturing organization
knowledge of various production optimization methodologies and technologies
