key responsibilities:
1. operational leadership:
- direct and oversee all aspects of hotel operations including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage.
- implement and maintain sops of each department and make sure the tam is always in alignment of the same.
- implement and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency throughout the hotel.
- monitor and manage operational budgets, expenses, and financial performance.
2. guest experience:
- ensure guests receive the highest level of service and hospitality during their stay.
- address and resolve guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
- implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
3. sales and revenue management:
- develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- negotiate contracts with suppliers, vendors, and contractors to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
4. team management and development:
- recruit, hire, train, and supervise hotel staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.
- foster a positive and productive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
- conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
5. quality assurance:
- maintain the hotel��s standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and overall appearance.
- conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- implement corrective actions as necessary to address deficiencies.
6. community and public relations:
- build and maintain positive relationships with local community stakeholders, businesses, and organizations.
- represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- act as a spokesperson for the hotel and promote its reputation and
