We are looking for an experienced Marketing Team Leader - Real Estate who can manage a team of marketing executives, generate quality leads, plan marketing strategies, and drive sales for residential and commercial projects. The candidate should have strong leadership skills, field marketing experience, and knowledge of digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management

Lead, guide, and motivate a team of marketing executives

Assign daily targets and monitor team performance

Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions

Ensure discipline, attendance, and productivity

Marketing & Lead Generation

Plan and execute marketing campaigns (field & digital)

Generate site visit leads through offline and online activities

Coordinate with channel partners and brokers

Ensure follow-ups and lead conversion support

Strategy & Execution

Develop local marketing strategies for real estate projects

Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior

Coordinate with sales team for closures

Support site launches, promotions, and events

Reporting

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports

Track ROI of marketing activities

Maintain CRM and lead data

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong leadership and team-handling skills

Excellent communication & negotiation skills

Knowledge of real estate marketing strategies

Experience in field marketing, digital marketing, and lead generation

Ability to meet targets and deadlines

Good knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel

Educational Qualification

Bachelor-s degree in any steam , Business, or related field

MBA (Marketing) is an added advantage
