GENERAL MANAGER – POULTRY DIVISION (JD)

Job Description/Key responsibilities

• Having experience of handling sales & marketing teams

• Making marketing /product strategies ( short, medium & long term)

• Having track record of SALE TGT achievement & successful implementation of strategies (leadership qualities)

• Having vision/ foresightedness to create a sustainable Division

• Having experience or knowledge of handling commercials (P&L) of a division

• Experience of Handling Key Customers & having his own customer base

• Technical knowledge related to poultry science

• Can introduce niche products/services adding value to the existing trends

• Knack of identification of new product/markets/people/partners and cracking these

• Should have entrepreneurial attitude to handle division independently
