• 1. researching and identifying government tender opportunities relevant to the organization's business.
• 2. reviewing tender documents & understanding requirements
• 3. coordinating with team members to gather the necessary information for tender submissions.
• 4. preparing and submitting accurate and competitive quotations within the specified deadlines.
• 5. ensuring compliance with all tender requirements, including documentation and legal obligations.
• 6. managing and maintaining the organization's profile on the gem portal.
• 7. regularly monitoring the gem portal for new tender opportunities and updates.
• 8. collaborating with the sales and business development teams to understand customer requirements and develop winning strategies.
• 9. building and maintaining relationships with government agencies, vendors, and other stakeholders involved in the tendering process.
• 10. keeping abreast of industry trends, government policies, and changes in procurement processes.
• 11. should be having good skills in handling gem portal, g-sheets , word & excel
• requirements:
• 1. minimum of three years of work experience in making quotations for government tenders.
• 2. expertise in navigating and using the gem portal for tender submissions.
• 3. strong knowledge of government tendering processes, rules, and regulations.
• 4. excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 5. attention to detail and ability to analyze and interpret tender documents accurately.
• 6. strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines.
• 7. ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• 8. proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
