Garment Merchandiser - Full Time

We are looking for a Garment Merchandiser to join our team in Noida, India. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of experience in the garment industry and a graduate degree. This full-time position requires working from the office.

As a Garment Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing the entire merchandising process, from sourcing materials to ensuring the timely delivery of products. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and help develop designs that meet their specifications. You will also coordinate with the production team to ensure that garments are manufactured as per quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

1. **Product Development:** Collaborate with designers and clients to create and refine garment designs that align with market trends and customer preferences.

2. **Sourcing Materials:** Identify and negotiate with suppliers for fabrics and trims, ensuring high quality and cost-efficiency.

3. **Order Management:** Track orders from initial placement to delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.

4. **Market Research:** Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer demands to inform product development and pricing strategies.

To succeed in this role, you should possess strong communication and negotiation skills, be detail-oriented, and demonstrate a deep understanding of the garment production process.
