Gardener - Full Time - Freshers

We are looking for a dedicated Gardener to join our team in Ludhiana. This is a full-time job suited for individuals with varying levels of experience, including those new to the field.

Key Responsibilities:

- Planting and Maintenance: You will be responsible for planting flowers, shrubs, and trees, ensuring they are well-cared for to promote healthy growth.

- Watering and Irrigation: Regularly check and water plants as needed, using appropriate techniques to ensure proper hydration without overwatering.

- Weeding and Pruning: Remove weeds and prune plants to help them grow better and keep the garden looking tidy.

- Soil Management: Help prepare and maintain soil conditions to ensure optimal growth by mixing compost and fertilizers as required.

- Garden Cleanliness: Keep the garden area clean and organized by picking up debris and maintaining equipment.

- Pest Control: Monitor plants for signs of pests or diseases, and take appropriate steps to manage these issues responsibly.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- A minimum education of 10th grade is necessary.

- No prior experience is required, but a passion for gardening and nature will be beneficial.

- You should be physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

- Basic knowledge of gardening techniques and an eagerness to learn and improve your skills are desirable.
