We are committed to creating meaningful change and are now seeking a Fundraising Officer to support our mission by building sustainable financial resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement fundraising strategies to support NGO programs.

• Identify and engage potential donors, CSR partners, institutions, and foundations.

• Prepare impactful proposals, presentations, and grant applications.

• Organize fundraising campaigns, donor events, and awareness drives.

• Maintain relationships with existing donors and provide timely reports/updates.

• Explore new and innovative fundraising opportunities (online platforms, digital campaigns, crowdfunding).

Requirements:

• Graduate / Postgraduate in any field (Management / Social Work preferred).

• Prior experience in fundraising, CSR partnerships, or donor relations is an advantage.

• Strong communication, networking, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet fundraising targets.

• Passion for social causes and willingness to travel for field visits.
