key responsibilities:

• develop and implement fundraising strategies to support ngo programs.

• identify and engage potential donors, csr partners, institutions, and foundations.

• prepare impactful proposals, presentations, and grant applications.

• organize fundraising campaigns, donor events, and awareness drives.

• maintain relationships with existing donors and provide timely reports/updates.

• explore new and innovative fundraising opportunities (online platforms, digital campaigns, crowdfunding).

requirements:

• graduate / postgraduate in any field (management / social work preferred).

• prior experience in fundraising, csr partnerships, or donor relations is an advantage.

• strong communication, networking, and presentation skills.

• ability to work independently and meet fundraising targets.

• passion for social causes and willingness to travel for field visits.
