Identify and engage potential donors, CSR partners, institutions, and foundations. Prepare impactful proposals, presentations, and grant applications. Organize fundraising campaigns, donor events, and awareness drives. Maintain relationships with existing donors and provide timely reports/updates. Explore new and innovative fundraising opportunities (online platforms, digital campaigns, crowdfunding).Requirements: Graduate / Postgraduate in any field (Management / Social Work preferred). Prior experience in fundraising, CSR partnerships, or donor relations is an advantage. Strong communication, networking, and presentation skills.
