We are looking for a motivated and passionate female Fundraiser to join our team in Thane. This is a full-time position for individuals with 0 to 2 years of experience who are eager to make a difference.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with Donors: You will reach out to existing and potential donors to inform them about our causes and encourage contributions. Building good relationships is essential.

- Organize Fundraising Events: Plan and execute fundraising events to raise money for our initiatives. This includes coordinating logistics, promoting the events, and managing participants.

- Conduct Outreach Campaigns: Create and implement outreach campaigns to raise awareness about our organization and its needs. This can involve social media, email, and phone outreach to potential supporters.

- Maintain Donor Records: Keep accurate and updated records of donations, including donor information and amounts contributed. This will help us track our progress and thank donors appropriately.

- Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with other team members to align fundraising efforts with organizational goals and share ideas for improvement.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey our mission to donors. You must be enthusiastic and friendly, as building relationships is key to success. Basic computer skills are also important for managing records and outreach.
