Job Description

guest & visitor management: greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a professional and friendly manner. direct them to the appropriate person or department and ensure they are attended to promptly.

communication: answer and screen all incoming phone calls and emails, directing them to the correct staff member. handle basic inquiries and provide accurate information about the company.

administrative support: perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, scanning, and photocopying documents. manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and couriers.

scheduling & coordination: manage and maintain calendars for meetings, appointments, and events. coordinate with various departments to ensure a smooth workflow.

office maintenance: keep the reception area tidy, presentable, and well-stocked with necessary supplies. monitor and order office supplies as needed.

security & records: maintain office security by monitoring visitor access and keeping accurate logs of all visitors.
