• Handle tour packages enquiries, provide suitable tour packages/ including customization, prompt follow up to confirm. Collect required
travel documents, track payment, follow up with service providers and respond to client queries.
•Coordinate with hotels and service providers for new tour packages/destinations/rates and update the master document.
•Online/social media promotion and assist in preparing flyers and promotional material.
•Regularly update client status in Google docs.
•Very good customer handling and service skills, strong communication skills, convincing and enquiry closing skills.
•Pleasing personality with a flair for speaking
•Able to work independently with minimum supervision
•Proficient in Google Docs, web browsing, E-mail, MS Word, etc.
. Speaking Fluency in English is must besides Malayalam
