Front Desk Duties:
ï‚· Handle walk-in inquiries, incoming calls, route calls, and provide basic
information about services.
ï‚· Record and maintain accurate data of walk-in clients in CRM & Google
Sheet
ï‚· Provide general administrative support, including scanning documents
and coordinating courier services
ï‚· Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned by management
Telesales Counselor Duties:
ï‚· Make new sales calls 150/ per day (Leads will be given by us).
ï‚· Ensure maximum documents are collected from clients and share them
promptly with the assigned counselor for further processing.
ï‚· Take regular follow-ups with counselors regarding application status, missing
documents, and next steps in the process.
ï‚· Ensure to achieve Application Conversion Targets and Fees Payment Targets as
assigned monthly & intake wise.
Requisite Skills:
ï‚· Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
ï‚· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
ï‚· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
ï‚· Customer service orientation
ï‚· Time management skills
ï‚· Ability to work with diverse populations
Desired Skills: Proven experience of 1 year as Front Desk or in Telesales is preferred
