Required a front desk female receptionist with minimum work experience of 1 to 2 years. Should be punctual, well-mannered, and well dressed.
· Should be able to maintain and handle documents
· Attend Incoming & Outgoing calls and direct them to the concerned person/extension.
· Greeting and assisting visitors and guests.
· Good communication skills and should be presentable.
· Sending and receiving couriers, timely tracking.
· Maintaining courier register other reports.
· Proper coordination with the respective departments depending on visitor enquiries and walk-ins.
· Will be responsible for the maintenance of attendance register (digital) and keeping a track on the outdoor duties of the executives/staffs.
· Monitoring the stationery purchases and supplies within the office.
· Dealing with queries or requests from the visitors and employees.
· Assisting other administrative staff in wide range of office duties.
