As a Front Desk Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and clients. You will play an essential role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Greeting Visitors:** You will warmly welcome guests and clients as they enter, providing them with a positive first impression of the organization.
- **Answering Phones:** You will handle incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate department or taking messages when necessary, ensuring effective communication.
- **Managing Appointments:** You will schedule and confirm appointments, keeping the calendar organized and helping to manage the flow of visitors.
- **Handling Inquiries:** You will assist guests by answering their questions and providing information about services, directions, and locations.
