Job Description

As a Front Desk Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our visitors and clients. Your role is crucial in creating a positive impression and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Greet Visitors:** Welcome and assist guests and clients as they arrive, providing them with necessary information and making them feel comfortable.

- **Manage Phone Calls:** Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel as needed.

- **Handle Mail and Deliveries:** Receive and sort mail and packages, ensuring they reach the correct individuals in a timely manner.

- **Maintain Cleanliness:** Keep the front desk area and reception neat and organized, contributing to a professional and welcoming environment.

- **Schedule Appointments:** Coordinate and manage appointments for staff, keeping track of calendars to avoid conflicts.

- **Assist with Administrative Tasks:** Support various administrative functions such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should have completed their 12th grade and possess good communication skills, both verbal and written. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, are essential. A pleasant personality and a customer-oriented attitude are important to excel in this role. The ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks is expected. Candidates with 0-2 years of experience in a similar role will be preferred, but freshers are also welcome to apply. Being punctual and reliable is key to ensuring smooth front desk operations.
