**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Manage Phone Calls:** Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel as needed.
- **Handle Mail and Deliveries:** Receive and sort mail and packages, ensuring they reach the correct individuals in a timely manner.
- **Maintain Cleanliness:** Keep the front desk area and reception neat and organized, contributing to a professional and welcoming environment.
- **Schedule Appointments:** Coordinate and manage appointments for staff, keeping track of calendars to avoid conflicts.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**
