- **Handling Inquiries**: Respond to questions and requests for information promptly, providing accurate and helpful responses.
- **Managing Calls**: Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments, ensuring that all communications are handled efficiently.
- **Scheduling Appointments**: Coordinate and manage appointments for staff, maintaining an organized booking system to ensure smooth scheduling.
- **Maintaining Front Desk Area**: Keep the front desk area tidy and organized, ensuring that all necessary materials are readily available for visitors and staff.
