key responsibilities:
• updating and maintaining database of company’s clients on crm.
• outbound calls to clients for feedback on sales and service delivery and making a report for the same.
• managing visitors.
• maintain incoming and outgoing courier tracking record.
• handle incoming/outgoing calls.
• collect, sort and distribute mails, and documents efficiently.
• attending guests, interviewees and visitors.
• travel arrangement (booking of hotels & air tickets)
• coordinate printing of office stationary business cards, letterheads and envelopes, etc.
• daily audit of office cleanliness.
• maintenance of daily attendance report.
• maintenance of hrmis record.
• co-coordinating with hr for interview and employee data.
• maintaining all the courier records and receiving the courier.
• maintaining the daily visit of employee.
• receiving the calls and co-coordinating with employee.
• maintaining daily visitors record.
• co-ordinating with hr for their different activity (like birthday bash, quiz contest, arrangement of items etc).
• keep a check with pantry requirements and do accordingly.
• on call work given by seniors.
• making calls to the client for their details.
• handling stationary records.
• follow up and greeting mails to customer and employee.
• in charge of utilities and maintenance of furniture
• utensil tracking.
