Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Freight Broker to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our logistics operations, you will be responsible for connecting shippers with carriers, negotiating rates, coordinating freight movement, and ensuring seamless end-to-end transportation services across North America.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with shippers and carriers

Source and secure carriers to move freight in a timely and cost-effective manner

Negotiate rates and service terms with transportation providers

Monitor and track freight shipments to ensure on-time delivery

Handle load documentation and ensure compliance with regulations

Resolve shipment issues, delays, or disruptions quickly and professionally

Maintain up-to-date records in our transportation management system (TMS)

Continuously expand the carrier network to improve service coverage
