Job Description

we are seeking a motivated and experienced freight broker to join our dynamic team. as a key player in our logistics operations, you will be responsible for connecting shippers with carriers, negotiating rates, coordinating freight movement, and ensuring seamless end-to-end transportation services across north america.

key responsibilities:

develop and maintain strong relationships with shippers and carriers

source and secure carriers to move freight in a timely and cost-effective manner

negotiate rates and service terms with transportation providers

monitor and track freight shipments to ensure on-time delivery

handle load documentation and ensure compliance with regulations

resolve shipment issues, delays, or disruptions quickly and professionally

maintain up-to-date records in our transportation management system (tms)

continuously expand the carrier network to improve service coverage
