We at Elixir Skills are a very promising startup based out of Shimla, Himachal Pradesh. We are recognized by the Startup Cell, Department of Industries, Himachal Pradesh. We are involved in offering pre-employment assessment programs to recruiters. This is a new and booming industry offering lucrative career options.

Currently, we are in the pre-launch stage and are looking to recruit some freelancers who are willing to work from home. This is a commission-based marketing job.

Job Description:

Leads will be provided to the marketing professionals. Candidates are expected to contact the prospective clients via telephone, understand their requirements and promote our services to accommodate their requirements. Proper training will be provided to the candidates. Primarily this is a home-based job, however, proactive candidates are encouraged to visit the client’s office and close the deal. This way, the success probabilities are high for the candidate.

Remunerations:

We do not offer any fixed monthly salary or other benefits. However, our commission structure is created such that a dedicated candidate can earn upwards of INR 1,00, (One Lac) per month.

Note: We do not ask for any deposit or any investment. All we need is your selling skills and time.

Education:

Minimum eligibility – Any Graduate. Final year students can also apply.

BBA / MBA candidates preferred. Specialization in . / Marketing will be an added advantage.

Good communication skills are a must.
