Role: Freelance Technical Recruiter - NON IT

Work Location: PAN India (WFH)

Mandatory Requirement: It is mandatory for you to have Login to a search portal, A Laptop, Phone connection & Internet connection.

How it works: This is an outcome based freelancing model with MAX HR - Search Solutions directly, We are offering Commission per closure which is Flat 50% of the billing Value after tax deduction

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Search/ Source candidates through various tools, channels online & offline

- Interview job applicants as part of the screening process

- Ensuring quick turnaround time (TAT) with quality profile submissions.

- Interview coordination, follow-up, offer management.

Required skills and experiences:

- Someone with good experience into FMCG hiring will be a plus.

- Exceptionally organized and detail oriented, with outstanding time management skills.

- Shall be flexible with working on multiple roles simultaneously

- Strong communication skills and experience interacting with all levels of management
