Role: Franchise Sales Representative / Business Development Executive
Location: Gurugram (On-site)
Salary Budget: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Fixed) + Performance Incentives
Experience: 1–3 years in B2B Sales, Franchise Sales, or Field Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and connect with potential franchise partners, resellers, and corporate clients in the Gurugram region.
Pitching: Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations to explain the Honeyman business model, profitability, and partnership benefits to prospective investors.
Closing Deals: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from initial contact to negotiation and signing of the franchise agreement.
Market Mapping: Scout high-potential areas in Gurugram for brand expansion and maintain a database of leads.
Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure repeat business and network growth.
Candidate Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Franchise Sales, B2B Sales, or Field Sales.
Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Skills: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close high-ticket deals.
Mobility: Must be willing to travel for client meetings.
Attitude: Self-starter with a hunger for hitting sales targets.
