Roles and Responsibilities
ï‚· Able to design batch architecture for complex recipe control across multiple products
ï‚· Must have knowledge of batch process manufacturing expertise
ï‚· Continuous and batch control strategies
ï‚· Coordinate with vendors for raw material arrangements
ï‚· Study market samples and benchmark
ï‚· Conduct lab trials
ï‚· Visit manufacturing units for plant trials
ï‚· Conduct shelf life studies
ï‚· Coordinate with internal and external labs for analysis
Desired Candidate Profile
ï‚· B Tech in Food Technology with 3+ years of experience in handling Product development including plant
trials
ï‚· R&D experience must
ï‚· Preferred industry Dairy, Beverages, Confectionery, Snacks
