A Hilton Brand hotel located in Koh Samui is looking to hire a highly skilled, dedicated, creative Food and Beverage Manager to join our team on October 2024.
The responsibilities of the food and beverage manager include overseeing all food and beverage operations in a hospitality establishment. They are in charge of ensuring high-quality service, effective cost management, and guest satisfaction.
Job Description & Requirements:·
• Managing food and beverage operations within budget and to the highest standards·
• Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements·
• Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures·
• Culinary school diploma or degree in food service management or related field· In-depth knowledge of the food industry.·
• Exceptional organizational, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Pre- Requisites:·
• Mastery in delegating multiple tasks·
• Minimum 5-8 years’ experience as F&B Manager·
• Well versed in Thailand Market, Hotel & Hospitality Market·
• Must be willing to work & relocate to Koh Samui
